Striving along with innovative pedagogies towards excellence

“My idea of education is to bring out

the creativity of the individual. When

creativity and righteousness blend, we

will have enlightened citizens who will

be brave in facing the challenges of life.”

Dr APJ Abdul Kalam

To engage and succeed, education should foster diversity by offering a broad curriculum and encourage individualization of the learning process, following an inherent policy of treating students individually and focussing on their learning capabilities to match their pace.

Secondly, it should foster curiosity through creative teaching, which depends on high quality teacher training and development and finally, it should focus on awakening creativity through alternative didactic processes that puts less emphasis on standardised testing thereby giving the responsibility for defining the course.

Successful school administration is a matter of fostering a helpful climate rather than "command and control".

These are the values that are the foundation pillars of JKG aimed to achieve the position of excellence in the world of education.
