J.K.G International School came into existence on 26th January 2004. It sparkles as a bead in the J.K.G. chain of schools comprising J.K.G. Happy School at Bazaria founded in 1972, J.K.G Senior Secondary School I and J.K.G. Senior Secondary School II, Vijay Nagar founded in 1976.
Under the able guidance of the Principal, Mr,. J.K. Gaur, the school started flourishing and soon emerged as a full fledged institution with the motto Darkness to Light. Mr. J.K. Gaur is a renowned educationist who has been rewarded for his distinguished services in the field of education, by Smt. Sheela Dixit, Chief Minister of Delhi, on 23rd of February 2002.
J.K.G. is an International School as it has a tie-up with Edge Hill University. U.K which is the centre for Excellence in teaching and learning. Thus the School provides opportunities to students to go abroad for higher education.

This treasure trove is housed in airy, spacious and well lit halls conductive for self- study and mental stimulation. There is a good collection of educational CDs to satisfy students curiosity and make them ardent readers.
Our Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant ensures that children get pure drinking water
To ensure that there is pollution free environment CNG buses are plied. A well communication system is there between the school management and transport in charge, in case of any emergency.

The children are required to come to school without books upto standard III. Writen work is completed during Day Boarding classes. Only learning is to be done at home.
Students of Classes Pre Nur. to Prep are assessed through activity based worksheets at regular intervals.
The school follows a system of continuous assessment. Unit tests are held for Classes I-V. Semesters are held for classes VI-XII. Half Yearly Examination and Anual Examination are conducted during the academic session and equal weightage is given to all
